#OneBoston Unites on Twitter

In a recent Twitter trend, Boston has come together stronger through the Boston Marathon tragedy on April 15, 2013. When two bombs exploded, killing three and injuring many others, within 24 hours the city of Boston united together on Twitter. Using the hashtag #OneBoston, Twitter is donating to The One Fund of Boston for hashtags surrounding the #OneBoston Twitter campaign. The results have been moving.

Not only has the United States shown they will united stronger after tragedy, we have done so through the power of social media and the changing technological world we live in. From donations to volunteering to simple acts across the nation, its amazing how the power of Twitter can bring so many lives together and Americans can show support.
